If accepted, what would be the top 3 goals which you would aim to complete during your time as a staff member?: Help everyone, ban the criminals and make the server a even better place
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them?: be pacient, they wil grow up one day and learn

What experiences do you have in moderating a community or game?: Ive been mod then promoted to admin in a small survival server and i learned alot about being a staff member, in a forum post in the servers website the owner said i was very active and very helpfull (the server got shutdown tho :( )
Have you received any punishments on Hyverse?: Nope
What happens if you are not chosen to be a staff member?: it will be ok, i would understand that im not that great but failing is human, as i always say: "The biggest difference between the master and the novice is that the master has failed more times than the novice had tried" and i would still be active in the server
